ON-LINE REGISTRATION HAS ENDED

You can still pre-register tonight at Sue Ellen's, 3014 Throckmorton St. from 7:00 to 10:00pm. On-Site Registration begins at 10:00am Saturday.

Pre-Registration Fee is $20 per person, $100 per team.
Onsite Registration the day of the event is $25 per person, $125 per team.

WATER BALLOON DODGEBALL RULES:

Each team will consist of 5 participants.
This is a single elimination tournament. Single game instead of best-out-of-three.
The games are limited to 2 minutes.
Each game will start with all players from each team standing back to back at the median line. At the whistle mark, all players will run to the rear of their side where their balloons will be kept.
Each team will get a total of 25 balloons per match.
Each player will only be allowed to hold one balloon at a time.
The only time a player is allowed to have more than one balloon at a time is if he / she catches an opponent’s balloon(s).
If both teams run out of balloons before the end of regulation, the team with the most players remaining will win.
The participant will be taken out of play if:
* Participant is directly hit by a balloon.
* Balloon has to bust upon direct contact to be considered a legal hit.
* Participant steps out of the boundaries or over the median line.
* The opposition catches the throwers balloon.
Head shots are illegal and the person hit stays in the game. If Referee deems the head shot to be intentional, then the player who threw the balloon could be eliminated from the game.
When the opposing team catches the balloon, the person who threw the balloon is out.
You are not out if the balloon busts during the throwing motion.
In the event of a tie, sudden death rules will go into effect.
* One contestant from each team will get one balloon / one toss to try and eliminate the other player. The two contestants must remain standing still while the other contestant takes a shot. If one contestant makes a hit, the other contestant gets to take a shot. If he/she misses, the other team wins; if he/she connects, then two more contestants take the court and repeat the process until a winning team is determined.
*All calls made by Referees are final.

Release Waiver:
A Release Waiver must be signed by each team member before play begins. Each player will be issued a wristband upon signing a Release Waiver. Before play can begin for each game, Referee must check that a wristband is on every player’s arm.
